I found this movie at vimeo. Kudos to Jonathan Jarvis. Here is a big statement in a little movie. And there is a Part 2. As a Licensed Real Estate and Commercial Mortgage Broker, I found the video informative but missing the mark somewhat; yet immensely entertaining and well worth watching.
