Good news under bad circumstances simply means that since mid-May the U.S. Small Business Administration has disbursed more than $1,000,000 to flood victims in Tennessee. Forty-two counties are eligible for loans to pay for direct physical damage to businesses, homes, rental properties and nonprofits, according to the SBA thanks to President Obama. The counties, plus those bordering them, are also eligible for loans related to long-term economic injury.
